Development Process

 

- 11/1979, the Erection Associated Enterprise 45 was established with merger between Erection Enterprise 4 and Erection Enterprise 5.
 
- 14/05/1992, the Erection Associated Enterprise 45 was divided into three members as follows:
+ Erection Enterprise 45-1 
+ Erection Enterprise 45-3
+ Erection Enterprise 45-4
 
 
- On 27/1/1993, the Ministry of Construction has made a decision number 009A/BXD-TCLĐ reestablish the state owned enterprise: Erection Enterprise 45-1 under Union of Contruction Machine - Ministry of Construction.
 
- On 2/1/1996, the Ministry of Construction has made a decision number 05/BXD-TCLD change name from Erection Enterprise 45-1 to Erection and Construction Company 45-1, a member unit of Vietnam Machinery Erection Corporation (LILAMA).

- On 08/02/2007, The Ministry of Construction has a decision number 25/QD-BXD conversion Company Erection and Construction 45-1 to LILAMA 45.1 Joint Stock Company.
