Stamping of ASME authorization for vessels (18/01/2012)

 

Dated 16/01/2011, at Lilama 45.1 Mechanical Factory, representation of QAQC department has carried out stamp "U" for two vessels designed and fabricated per ASME Code, section VIII, division 1 after successful pressure test with witness of Authorized Inspector of LR Insurance Inc. and representative of Ministry of Vietnam Industry.

 

Here are two of biggest pressure vessels in a variety of vessels about to hand over to customer (Vietnam Japan Gas Company Ltd.). These vessels are vertical type, oxygen storage, capacity - 125m3, diameter 3,000 mm, length 19,000 mm, design pressure 27 barg.

 

This project is resposible for full packages including design, supply of materials, fabrication, non-destructive, painting and transportation of equipment to Phu My I Industrial Zone in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province.

 

The success of this project continue to confirm reputation of brand, the trust of Japanese customer for Lilama 45.1 JSC in field of design, fabrication and stamping of ASME authorization of "U' to pressure equipment in Vietnam market.
