Client: Southern Project Management Board of Electrical Projects in Vietnam.

Scope of work: 

Installation of electrical equipment at Soc Trang Substation

Value of signed contract: 38.928 billion VNĐ.

Project Overview: 

 

Soc Trang 220/110kv Substation operated on August 2010 and managed by Southern Project Management Board of Electricity Project with a total investment capital of VND 200 bilion. The Substation has established to enhance quality of electric supplying sources to Soc Trang and Bac Lieu Province. Furthermore, it will make the second closed loop circuit of electric grid 220KV in South-West of Southern including Ca Mau, Bac Lieu and Can Tho Provicne

 

Stage 1: Installation of one substation 125 MVA including 5 line 220KV and 7 line 110KV.

Stage 2: Upgrade substation to 250MVA.

Subcontractor for equipment supplying is Franco Pacific and Siemens
